Refund policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hour of receiving the product and provide detailed information about the issue along with any supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.

    b. Order Cancellations: As stated in our cancellation policy, if you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation approval

  • Refund Process:

    • Verification: Once we receive your refund request for a damaged or defective product, we will review the information provided to rectify the claim. In some cases, we may request additional information or evidence.
    • Refund Mode: Store Credit - A store credit equivalent to the refund amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized products and products which are on sale are non-refundable. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification before making a purchase.

  • We offer replacements only in the following cases:
    • You received a wrong shipment
    • You received a damaged product
  •  We do not provide an in-transit guarantee and are not responsible for any damages that occur during transit. Refunds or replacements will not be applicable for items damaged in transit.
  • Please note that in case of missing pieces/damaged items, we request you to send us the unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to our WhatsApp number: 7736597438
  • It is a must and without the unboxing video we cannot process your refund or replacement request.
  • Also, please note that the toppers will stick together due to packing pressure. So while counting please check whether 2 pieces are stuck together.
  • In case of damages/missing pieces, the customer has a choice of either store credit(coupon code) or replacement in next order. So please don't forget to shoot the video. We are not responsible for damages in transit (Its rare and happens only when the quantity is less than 5 pieces)
  • No refund or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 2 days from the time of delivery of the product.
  • Please allow us 48 hours to review your request
  • We strongly encourage you to carefully read the description and specifications of each product before placing an order. Our product descriptions provide detailed information about the item, including its features, dimensions, materials, and any other relevant details. Please ensure that the product meets your requirements and preferences before making a purchase.


International Orders

For international orders, returns, replacements, or exchanges are not applicable.

However, if a product is found to be damaged (manufacturing or packing defect), a replacement item can be sent along with your next order, subject to verification of the claim.

We do not provide an in-transit guarantee and are not responsible for any damages that occur during transit. Refunds or replacements will not be applicable for items damaged in transit.
