Free Shipping Offer – Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: Free standard shipping is applicable on all website orders with a total value above ₹2999/-
  • Geographical Coverage:  This offer is valid only for deliveries within India, subject to courier serviceability at the delivery location.
  • Shipping Method: Orders eligible for free shipping will be dispatched via standard delivery services. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier partner.
  • Express Shipping: If you need your order to be shipped via express courier, please contact us on WhatsApp at 7736597438. Additional charges will apply and depend on courier serviceability.

    However, express shipping will not be available for:

    • Products currently on sale or under any promotional discount.

    • Bulky orders including, but not limited to, hamper boxes, cupcake boxes, brownie boxes, turntables, bake and serve containers, cake boards, fondant, and other similar bulk items (containing items in bulk quantities that increase the overall size or weight of the package).

    • International orders
  • Partial Eligibility: If an order contains both eligible and non-eligible items (as defined in Clause 4), free shipping will not be applicable to the entire order.
  • Amendments: EBAKE reserves the right to modify or withdraw the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Disputes: In case of any disputes regarding the offer, the decision of EBake shall be final and binding.

Please Note: Orders placed during the festive period may take extra time to reach you. Unforeseen delays may also occur due to courier network overload, temporary embargo, or natural calamities

The following is our shipping policy:

Express Shipping:

  • Express shipping is not available for products on sale.
  • Express shipping is not applicable for orders containing items in bulk quantities that increase the overall size or weight of the package.
  • Express shipping is not applicable for bulky items such as cake tins, hamper boxes, cupcake boxes, cake bases/boards, and turntables.
  • Express shipping is not applicable for Packages that are considered heavy or oversized after final packing, regardless of individual item size.
  • In the above cases, standard shipping will be applied, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier's serviceability for your location.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Please drop us an email at support@ebakeonline.com or WhatsApp or call us at 7736597438. Call support is available from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm on working days (Monday to Saturday only).

Handling, Packing, and Dispatch:

  • Handling, packing, and dispatch take 2 working days.
  • No shipments are processed on public holidays and Sundays.
  • For same-day dispatch, kindly place your orders before 9:30 AM and inform us via Instagram or WhatsApp (working days only).
  • Same day dispatch is subject to courier availability and their booking cutoff times. Some couriers may pick up the shipment only on the next working day after booking.

Delivery Timeline:

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Express Shipping - Major cities usually receive delivery within 2 to 5 days after dispatch, depending on location (unless there are unforeseen delays such as natural calamities, network issues, festivals, etc.).
  • Standard shipping - Once dispatched, please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery based on the location.
  • North-eastern states usually take a little longer for delivery.
  • Orders placed during the festive period may take extra time to reach you (Diwali, Navratri, Christmas, New Year, Onam etc)

International Shipping

  • International orders are generally delivered within 7 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and delivery location.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country must be borne by the buyer.
  • Delivery timelines may be impacted by customs inspections, international courier regulations, or global logistics delays.
  • Free shipping or promotional shipping offers are not applicable for international orders.

Tracking:

  • You can track your package from our tracking page using the order number we have sent as a text message.
  • Tracking will be available on our website only after the courier is booked. It will not be available immediately after placing the order
  • Please be patient and avoid pressurizing us to track individual packages.
  • If the package is not moving or is stuck at any location for more than 2 days, please inform us. We will check from our end and contact the courier partner for urgent delivery.
  • If the tracking is showing invalid even after 2 working days of placing the order, please contact us on 7736597438. We will share the updated tracking details, as some couriers may not be available to track from our website.

Product Specifications:

  • All acrylic toppers in golden, rose gold, and silver are of 1 mm thickness.
  • Acrylic color toppers, including black, red, yellow, etc., are of 2 mm thickness.

Return Policy:

  • Goods once sold will not be taken back due to hygienic reasons.
