  • Commonly known as Canary Grass, Phalaris Canariensis is a large coarse grass with hairless stems with oval flower heads
  • It is a natural product and whilst we are sure you will be happy with your purchase each bundle is unique. 
  • These are processed preserved grass, the size and size of the grass will vary.
  • Its been dried and dyed.
  • Please wrap the stem in cling wrap/butter paper or aluminium foil for decorating cakes.
  • Due to the influence of light or display, there will be slight color difference!
  • NON EDIBLE
  • The stems and plumes will fall off, please handle with care, this is a normal phenomenon, don't worry!
  • Phalaris is a fragile natural grass - easily broken or damaged.
